Bradford District Prosperity & Regeneration Partnership

Bradford District Economic Partnership

The Bradford District Partnership (BDP) replaced Bradford Vision as the district's Local Strategic Partnership (LSP) in April 2008.

BDP coordinates and supports the work of the partners and partnerships across the district. These partners share responsibility for making sure that The Big Plan (the district’s sustainable community strategy) and Local Area Agreement improve the quality of life and wellbeing of the people of the district.

Prosperity and Regeneration is one of the six themes in The Big Plan, and the strategic delivery partnership for Prosperity and Regeneration has direct responsibility for two of the three Big Plan transformational priorities: Improving skills and Regenerating the City and Town Centres.

The Prosperity & Regeneration Partnership comprises a number of constituent partnerships which have responsibility for Economic Development, Skills, Transport, Housing and Planning.  Further details of these partnerships can be accessed via the menu to the left.

The diagram below provides a broad outline of the structure and key relationships of the partnerships.
